Competitive Marketplace: Our Pros offer their best rates within this established framework. Discounts, when available, are noted on their profiles.

Robust Data Protection: We securely store your personal details like your name, billing address, and order history, and share them only when necessary for completing your booked service.
GDPR Compliance: Our platform adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ensuring the highest standards of data privacy and security for our users.

Customer may cancel the job prior to completion, the following charges apply:

Ensuring Dependability: No charge for cancellation if the Pro doesn’t respond within 4 hours of booking.
Our Assurance: If a Pro fails to follow the 4×4 framework, we will find an alternative or offer a credit to your account. Disputes are resolved by the Near.biz Team.
