At GE the business case was to create an Industrial Internet that will produce digital twins of machines to predict downtime. At Samsung the business case was to build out Voice AI to achieve user engagement. With Samir's leadership the global tech companies acquired key technologies and know-how to operate and lead these market systems with eco-system partnerships. Samir holds academic credentials from LUMS and Stanford University.

There are many practices in the business that need to be improved – job estimates, job quality checklist, warranty, and dispatch complexity. She is building Near.Biz to fosters trust, build transparency, and maximize operational efficiency among all kinds of jobs. Rafia holds academic credentials from RLAK and University of Minnesota.
