• Booking & Scheduling
  We provide a secure, real-time booking engine for Pros to manage profiles, pricing, and project data, and for Customers to request and confirm service orders.

• Service Descriptions
  We strive to ensure accuracy in all descriptions, images, pricing, and availability. Reported errors will be corrected promptly.

• Customer Support
  We aim to respond courteously and efficiently to inquiries or complaints.

• Content & Resources
  We offer expert-reviewed guides, industry-related content, and newsletter materials for user assistance and education.

3. User Accounts & Data Privacy

• Data Collection
  We collect essential information including names, contact details, service addresses, and payment info (via our third-party processor). We do not store full payment data.

• Data Use
  We use your information strictly to fulfill and manage bookings and keep you informed about your orders and platform updates.

• Data Sharing
  We share necessary details with Pros and authorized partners solely to fulfill service bookings.

• Your Rights
  You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time in line with U.S. data protection guidelines.

4. Payments & Fees

• Advance Payment
  A payment guarantee, including applicable taxes, is required at booking. No additional charges are due at the time of service.

• Payment Processor
  Payments are authorized through a reputable third-party service; Near.Biz does not retain complete payment details.

5. Security & Third-Party Links

• All sensitive information transmitted to and from our site is encrypted via SSL.

• We are not responsible for content or practices on any third-party site linked from Near.Biz.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

• Platform Role
  Near.Biz is a technology facilitator; we are not responsible for the actual service outcomes or the Pros’ performance.

• Limitation of Liability
  We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to service performance or data sharing, except where required by law.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these TOS at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this TOS periodically for updates.

8. Agreement

By creating an account or completing a booking, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use of Near.Biz.
