Marketing is all about enlisting customer trust and then following through on expectations.
Building Your Service Products
Service products show up on the service dashboard of each property. These service dashboards are provided to property managers, owners, and tenants of the building to use for calling business providers. We recommend targeted service products so that they precisely describe and price the service you can offer. Make many products by duplicating your first product and set:
Short Description: Set a reason why customers need this service.
Product Description: This is your business details for customers to gain their trust.
Prices: This is the variation price. Set price to 0 to show “Free Estimate”
Targeting Your Services to Cities
Near.biz system provides you a way to target each product to different cities. After making the content and prices precise for the cities you could use the Location attribute to attach the city to it. After doing this your product will show up on the service dashboards of the property and be presented to realtors, property managers, homeowners and tenants on near.biz and on our partner web sites which market properties for sale, rent, or ongoing maintenance.
Targeting Your Services to Property Attributes
Near.biz system provides you a way to target your service using Home Type, Lot Size, Stories, Bedrooms, and Bath attributes as precisely as you want. If your service does not differentiate prices according to any attribute then ensure it is set to “All”
Targeting Your Services to Symptoms / Problems / Solutions
Near.biz system provides you a way to target your service to customer’s systems and solutions. There are several customer symptoms we market your services to. For each of your products you may attach Service Amenities including Business Features, Service Parts, Service Tools, and Customer Concerns. These are used by our customers and partner system to select your products based on a criteria.
