• FREE cancellation for full refund only within 24 hours of the booking.
• FREE reschedule with 24 hours notice.

Pets

• If pets interfere with the work then customer must put them away immediately upon request.
• We do not pick up pet litter. Our technicians are not trained neither capable. No Exceptions.

Parts

• We only use a selection of New parts available from manufacturer brands available at your local hardware store such as HomeDepot(c), Lowes(c), and Ace Hardware(c).
• Warranty is a minimum of 1 year.

• We bring Parts, Tools or Supplies needed for the job.
• No solicitation of our technicians outside the scope of the requested service. No Exceptions.
