• We bring parts, tools or supplies needed for the job. Nothing needs to be provided to complete the task.
• We only use a selection of new supplies or parts available from reputed local brands available at your local stores.
• Warranty (where applicable) is a minimum of 1 year or as per the part manufacturer.

General Policy

• We are not authorized to go beyond the scope of work detailed in the service order.
• No solicitation of customers or technicians outside the scope of the requested service.
• If we encounter rowdy guests or pets then customer must remove interference immediately upon request from the service professional.
